cheted wet tyres with max water level

i dont know if this is a bug but i thing is not very real that wet tyres with the max water level on track goes only 2 second slowly as dry track with softs

Lol.Sometimes I even tried some crazy stuffs and found out thatt inter wet tires(green) is as fast as SS(in 0mm water condition)
