I think it Would Be Awesome if you could put teams together and swap drivers like RedBull Racing And Toro Roso when they swapped Max Verstappen & Daniil Kvyat. i have to accounts so i would like to make one a Junior team!

i think its a grear idea but its necessary a balance to need money to transfer the drivers to the other team

This is a good idea only if the junior teams are not allowed to participate in a different league.

I put this idea few months back, there is a problem in this.
If one of my team is lvl 18 and another lvl 12 then lvl 12 will hv a driver who is capable of dealing the race for a lvl 18 managers, and ofcourse the car att will play the role in it still it will be a great advantage for junior team.
so logically this will be not a good option and will hurt the teams who are actually developed their team individually.
