Hello everybody!
So I'm new in this game and I've read the Joey Mclane's excelent guides.
I had several doubts, but I'd like do undertand more about driver's training, especifically physical training.
Joey said that is important to focus first in the physical training, instead of technical and mental. What is the point about that? And in my manager level (4), tier (begginer) and knowlegment is what I should do?
My league just runs 3 races per week, so I can train my pilots much more before each race.
The stamina and less weight really make difference in this game? In real races obviously less weight means a better performance, but in this game I'm not sure if that really counts.
Thanks in advance

I'm a nooby as well and was curious how important this was. I joined my league 7 races in. And the top 2 drivers are the lightest and have the most stamina by far, with hardly anything in the other 2 categories. So yeah I'd say it's extremely important, I'm going to train nothing but this now. And I really suggest trying to get 18yr old driver under 150lbs. They usually are level 3 in everything. And can be trained up really quick at that age. Just constantly keep sure on transfer wire and use the buy now option

The first thing I do with a new driver, and I'm assuming most other people do this as well, is to completely train all the physical stats. Not only do they matter quite a bit, they don't raise the driver star level up so it makes training the other stats much quicker. If you were to train the driving abilities or mental stats up first, by the time you got around to the physical stats, it would take much longer to train them. Especially after a driver's level surpasses your manager level.
I'm not sure how much this matters at your level, but this is the reasoning behind it.

Imagine a car carrying 140 litres of fuel and then add on the drivers weight. Lighter driver will be a few tenths faster than a heavier driver.
