OK, you worked your way up to Elite, won there and then what ? Game becomes boring and uninteresting after a while. I was wondering if a super-master league (or something) can be done to contain the Elite winners from other groups, some sort of Elite group from GPRO, a group with the most successful iGP managers. Just a thought.

That is the plan, but it's going to come after more important gameplay features.

I understand Alin's point and hope it is not something that the majority of players feel.
It does seem that you can get to Elite quite quickly for some managers so there must be a system (or something)  that makes it quite difficult to stay in Elite.
That way players have to put in a lot of money or effort to stay at the top.  I am assuming that costs are scaled to the tier you are in as well - obviously more experienced drivers cost more etc - but running cost should go up too.
If you make another 'tier' (which I like and would want to see implimented) it doesn't actually address the "what do you do when you get to the top" issue as you are just adding another level.

But that level is with the finest managers. I mean, in our Elite group, some people aren't even playing, their cars are just retiring at the start.

Well, the idea I have is a sort of 'Champions League' where we can settle who the best manager in iGP is. Of course the hall of fame does this already, but there's nothing quite like putting the best guys on the same track. Only Elite Champions would be eligible to take part and there would be certain entry requirements. It would be more like an official league/competition hosted by iGP as opposed to another tier.

There are many competitions like this which we can explore in future, but the system needs to be more flexible first. We need the ability to pull people out of leagues to take part in special events without tainting their car performance etc. which is a very complex issue.

Is that not why promotion has been disabled unless the league is at least half full?

Promotion was far too easy, and as a result depending on what league your in now elite is not competitive, as long as your pro league is good though all the good teams will be promoted and the deadweight from elite will dissapear

i seriously dont think adding another tier is going to be productive though until pro/elite become really competetive

Jack, this is a good idea, that's exactly what I had in mind. I mean, ok, I won my Elite championship ? Now what ? Am I the best manager around iGP ? I can't tell. And no other champion can. It will be nice to see all of those competing in the same league. It's like in Serie C in italian soccer. You have multiple leagues and multiple winners. All of those will promote to Serie B, to compete together. Who is the best Serie C winner ? No one knows, since they played against different teams.
