Fuel and Tire Suppliers charge twice per Race

Not sure if this is supposed to happen or not, but while analysing my finance's history I've noticed that I'm being charged twice by mine Fuel and mine Tire Suppliers and not by mine Engine Supplier.

Is this supposed to happen? Why?

Yes, this is normal, everybody is charged twice for it, but this is an inconsistency pointed out before by other players (including me).

I think the reasoning behind it is that you need 2 sets of tyres and 2 times fuel for 2 cars but from the engine supplier you only get 20 engines for a 20 races period which equals one engine per race. Additional engines you have to pay for with token, except the ones that come with the new cars that is.

The inconsistency with the engine supplier is that you still pay the same cash per race even if you're in a one-car league.
