design too slow

hi, i have 17 or 18 designers for each part but the next part that will be released will be released the 25th february,why is the development so slow?what can i do?

It's better to set more designers on 1 or 2 parts. That way you can have a part ready almost each day ;)

A lot has been said regarding designing and its progress.

I find another thing somewhat necessary for a possible improvement:

Apart from general progress things: If 40 designers need two day, why do 36 need two and a half weeks?
If we think about shift-working in three shifts, its getting even more ridiculous.

Maybe something can be done bout this.

P.S.: And yes: the parts have the same actual and next season status in terms of development.
