Offers for buying drivers and staff.

I would like to see an option to offer another team money / coins for a driver or staff member they have. I like the shortlist idea but if you miss the window that they are selling then it can be very frustrating.
The offer can be accepted or rejected or a counter offer made.

This idea is likely to be rejected.

Since tokens can be bought with real world cash, offering those as a form of payment to another team would allow players to rack up lots of tokens for free.

The same can be said for the in-game cash.

However, if in-game cash could be considered acceptable as long as there was a limit to how high the offer could go (e.g. +10% cost added to the signing fee) and how many times it could be done through a season or number of days.
