In my league, I have the same set up, same strategy as other players who are the same level as me, yet they qualify a lot above me.

the setup its not very important look the drivers stars and the talent stat its very important
you play for a short time?

Strategy does not affect qualifying. The set up, tyre choice, and how developed the driver is makes the difference.

I don't have any leads as to why.

If you want, you could try finding a driver who matches yours, (or train one) and try using him?

Maybe he will outperform him...

During pre-race practice sessions my cars are often at the top of the timing sheet, but come qualifying one manager in particular always seems to be at the front despite his practice laps not being as fast as mine. Why??
Maybe he is assigning his dp better than me... But even at the end of the season when my cars are equal in dp his cars still outqualify mine.
Maybe his drivers are better than mine... But he recently bought one of my old drivers who suddenly started qualifying much better than when he was driving for my team.
I've had this situation with two managers in particular and I would dearly love to know their secret because it is not luck and it is not random.
