I think it will be great if rain strategies (i.e. use X when water level reaches something, and use X when rain stopped after n laps; not to quote directly but you get the idea) are reorganized so not to interfere with the actual strategy we run when it's race day.
An example would be if it's raining and it suddenly stops. Let's say we've set the pre-race strategy so that we box in the next lap, but we changed our mind as our driver(s) are closing to the pitlane entrance, and it's too late to cancel the box and run our "new" strategy to hold on for a few more laps w/ inters, for an instance. This could mean our wet race will be butchered just because our driver(s) are so close to the pitlane entrance at the time the rain stops by running dry tires when it's still wet due to the advanced strategy deployed automatically.
Since there are only a few developers working on the game, honestly I'd be surprised if clever suggestions are worked on and applied in an update in one week time.
