Loaning out and swapping drivers

I would like it if there was an update in a few months that allows people to be able to loan out drivers to other people with a contract like it stating for like 2 seasons or so. Also i would like a feature that allows you to swap out drivers with other people like if you are interested in one of their drivers and if they are interested in one of yours then there can be a swap deal between both managers.

Yup that was also what i thought! Its great to loan out your driver(s).
