What is your phone model and OS version? (For Android you can find it in About Device by looking in Settings/For iOS, it is in About under the General section when looking in Settings).

If you visit iGP Manager in your phone browser, can you try editing your bio and save it from there?

Galaxy S6 Edge Android 7.0, Chrome for phone and Opera for PC. It doesn't work on any site.

This is very unusual. I can edit my bio so I am not sure where the problem may be.

When you use the app, can you try to edit your bio using your mobile data? I wonder if it may be something with the wi-fi connection.

If that doesn't work I will ask Jack to investigate what is going on.

I have optical fiber, mobile data does not work either. I can be more illustrative if that helps.

I can't create a bio with my team, i can change another one that already has a bio but this team never has and what ever i write just doesn't save, it stays blank, i have tried on laptop of web version using chrome & internet explorer and on the iphone app, and on safari on iphone and they all just stay blank, i've done the old Ctrl-F5 on web version still not work.
