Join New League Free Pass

With the recent kicking of inactive teams, there are now many teams stuck in empty leagues, to help promote filling active leagues with new members I suggest waiving the cash penalty for one time. I understand the reduction of design points when changing leagues to help protect the teams that currently hold positions in a league, that should remain intact. However, with this being a cash management game, I'm not very motivated to change leagues at this time, the cash penalty is too heavy.
