Hey, been enjoying my play so far. I have a question regarding driver/staff ratings. How do managers get the drivers' ratings up? Do they do it purely by training or just purchase new one when their current manager level permits them to? With daily races going, I don't have the luxury to train as often as I wanted. I see when my level increases, my staff (not trainable!) and driver begin to reduce.
