Training dont work

Hi,

Since 1 week is impossible to train my drivers in a big amount of different devices.

I have tired to train my drivers from S8 with chrome/default android web browser/ official app, from lg g5 with browser app and from laptop with chrome/internet explorer.

What happens? Why i cant train my drivers?

Have you unchecked them on the left side of the screen? If the checkboxes are grey then the answer is yes. Every time I've seen this, that was the reason. Simply make sure the checkboxes are green, and press save. Then it will be set up that way each time you return.
