Urgent problem!

I can not see the images of the page, and when I enter the race the screen turns white. Before everything worked well, I delete cache but still the same

Hi Ivan, try lowering the quality of the race viewer in account settings, than try again.

I tried it and it still doesn´t work

Is this happening in the app or on PC?

If in the app, what is your device's model and operating system version number? You can find the version number in "About device" when looking in the device Settings.

If it is on PC, what browser are you using?

Is happeening on PC, and i use firefox

Try to use Chrome.

If you're on Windows 10, can you try this:

Right click on the Windows button in the bottom left corner.
Click on Power Options.
Go to Additional Power Settings.
Choose the High Performance power plan.

Then try again, let me know what happens.

I tryed in Chrome and it doesn´t work
And I already had the High plan. I tryed it with oders plans but nothing work

When you say it doesn't work in Chrome, do you mean the race viewer shows the same as it does in FireFox where you get a white screen?

When you say it's a white screen, what happens if you close the screen and reopen it again? Reason I ask is because this is what happens for me when I try to use it on the laptop in Chrome but when I reopen it, finally it works.

I have an issue with firefox on the laptop win 7 wherby it starts to download from 0 to 2788888 (whatever the total download is) and never gets to join the race. Why is this? I have cleared the cache etc

yes, i have de white screen in Chrome, Firefox and Edge, and in Firefox if i close the screen and reopen it again, i can see the race for a few minutes before the screen turn to white again

What CPU (processor) does your PC have and how much RAM does it have?

I dont know what processor is, but y have 6GB of RAM, I use this computer to play many games and i never had a problem
