why we dont follow the real f1 rule for tire compounds, being mandatory to wear two different compounds at least?

Because this is not exactly F1.

If we forced compounds then there would not be as many options for race strategy.

I agree, I know see managers using the same compounds every single race. And the hard compound is the best most races so now you don't have to think about which tires to use.

To say to be forced to use different compounds gives lesser strategic options is nonsense. Because using more diversity in tyres is actually giving more options.

mandating 2 tire compounds in a race severely handicaps the managers who don't/can't attend the live race. As push levels are set for the race, one tire will either be too hot, or too cold. Winter is coming to the northern hemisphere, and hards will not be the tire of choice come November at some of the more northern tracks.

Isnt it the purpose of the game to motivate people to play the game life? Basically its just put the first stint on S and others on M on startup. Than thats covered. Idle teams are just good for a little DRS but furthermore useless. Its fun when everybody is life racing. Right? :-)

@Timo I think this is not a simulator and I think it's better this way. And if they already tell you the compounds you have to use, where is the manager's skill?
