This is for Jack and the development team. I noticed a few comments over different threads about the challenge of this game to new players. Remembering back, it took me about a year to really get a handle on the game.

I started thinking about some other games/programs I've used, and had the start of an idea.

Could there be an in-game coach added to the system. Some AI named "Likki Nauda, or Apain Lrost". Kind of an older guy who is mentoring a new team to the paddock. Nothing intrusive like the dreaded Windows paperclip, but maybe something to help new managers in the first 2-3 seasons.

They could pop up with messages like "I noticed that 'driver a' lost a lot of fluid through sweat in the last race, maybe we should let him rest before the next race" or "The headquarters are a little small, if your team is going to hire more design staff, we should upgrade some of the facilities"

I don't think it needs to be overbearing, or get into the race strategies, aside from maybe reminders that a manager missed setup for the last race, would he like a reminder for the next race kind of thing.

After say the 3 seasons, have a small party video or something, with the AI mentor saying goodbye to the team, and maybe a reward of 5-10 tokens for making it to the next level, and going it alone.

I know there are a lot more important updates that need to be done first, but I wanted to put this out there.
