Promotion and relegation

My leage is in preseason, with 7 managers in rookie, 3 in pro and 2 in elite, what happens if I remove the check of promotion and relegation before we start the new season?
The game brings us together?

If you disable promotion and relegation then nobody will move up or down the tiers, provided their are enough players in each tier to allow them to promote/relegate.

Can I change number of managers being promoted or relegated in my league?

You can only enable or disable relegation. Relegation is automatically disabled if the tier is less than half full, however.

In 2 car leagues, the best 2 managers get promoted, and the 2 at the bottom of the standings are demoted.

In 1 car leagues, the best 4 managers get promoted, and the 4 at the bottom of the standings are demoted.
