Problem with new incorporations to league

Hi,

We've seen there's a problem in our recent new league. When you join it, we don't know how, people that have a similar level and reputation may be in Elite or Professional tier. Why? Depends on the level of the team??

I'm not sure I understand what you are asking.

I could be level 20 and hit relegation twice and be in the Rookie tier.

I believe he is trying to figure out how a lvl 9 and 10 joined elite, while another lvl 9 with 4 championships is in pro...or at least he is asking on behalf of the person with 4 championships that is alone in pro.

He likely was in a league that did not have promotions for several of his championships

Thats correct Greg. I'm trying to figure out why one is competing in Elite and the other on Pro with similar levels.

If you leave elite you join elite. If you leave pro you join pro.

So one lvl9 driver may have managed to get to elite while the other was still in rookie. When they move the same at the same tier as they were
You don't join at rookie every time you move.

Hi Jamie, as far as I can remember both of them where or in elite or in pro, but one is now on elite and the other one in pro.

Hmmm. It shouldn't work this way.

You can only move leagues into the same tier as you currently race in. So I can only join an Elite tier for example. If you can confirm the teams we can check their league history. It may need to be logged as a bug.

Wait a minute... How many drivers were there in the previous league you left/ended? If there was enough for promotion/relegation, and a manager was in the relegation zone, wasn't there a rule that the team would be demoted when they changed leagues? I thought it was a way to prevent people from avoiding relegation.

No such rule that I can remember.

Maybe we were 15 or 16 drivers. I don't remember but there was so much for relegation, yes.

I cannot asure, let me check if they were in relegation zone at the time we ended the league, because we left at end of season.

All the people linked look like they joined from another league, I don't see any issues.

I have looked at the managers you mentioned. They all moved into the correct tiers based on the where they moved from. If you look at their history, you can see the first drive only promoted twice (and should only be in pro) while the other 2 teams promoted 3 times putting them in elite when they moved.

We almost all moved from GP2 to our new league at the same time.

How can I see their promotions?

Can I downgrade my B team to compete in pro??? Now is not present on the league. But would be nice to do it because I'd join again that team and put it there to compete against the only team in pro in our league.

Hi Albert, you can't do it unless you find a league to relegate in. I could ask Jack though if he can do it next week, just tell me which one is your B team.

You will need to enroll it in a league in order for us to promote it.
