Dopo l'asta sparito il pilota - non ho ricevuto i compensi

Buonasera, credo sia un bug del sistema.

Avevo messo in vendita all'asta uno dei miei piloti - il pilota è stato acquistato tramite asta
ma una volta venduto

1) il pilota non è più nella mia rosa, ne in classifica campionato

2) non ho ricevuto neanche un soldo

3) come faccio a riavere i soldi o il pilota ?

When you sell a driver via the auction system, you receive cash listed under Signing Fees. Please check for a positive balance under Signing fees.

Hi, there is a problem or bug on system

I sold 1 Pilot , and at the end of auction I did not receive the money
now I no longer have that driver and even money

How can I get the driver or the money?

The Driver is Greek C. Georgiades 26 age livel 9

On a PC, you can visit the Finances page and click on the green History button. On the day that you sold your driver via auction, look for a balance under Signing Fees that is positive. Do you see it?
