We are aware of a fault with Tokens purchases in the new update of the app, in the Android and iOS versions only. Web is unaffected. We are hoping to have it resolved shortly.
If you did not receive your tokens email support@igpgames.com with your payment receipt and account email so that we can send you the tokens. We will award double your purchase to make up for any inconvenience caused.

UPDATE: We believe the issue is resolved now. Tokens purchases should be working as normal.

Hi, i ordered some tokens & money earlier maybe 2 hours ago but they have not shown up yet, is it normal to take longer than this or is there a problem?
I have paypal receipt, if needed i can take screenshot. tried to send email to igpmanager.com but wont send for some reason.

Email support@igpgames.com. We always send double in the event that anything goes wrong and a valid receipt is produced.
