Why is the weather stuck

The last couple of weeks different tracks the weather stays stuck on rain for days when the real weather has changed to dry and sunny. China right now stuck on rain for last 16 hours. Why?

maybe they have done it on purpose for some wet tyre testing

I just looked it up there now real weather is same as games weather

Wunderground shows rain in the forecast for Shanghai, and as you can see in James' photo, there's quite a bit of rain.

As for the other tracks, I have not seen any issues in regard to weather literally being stuck. If you provide a screenshot for evidence, that'd be great.

Thunderstorms now and still temp of 24.
local time 10am to 11am. It's expected to stop raining with a temp of 27. 11am to midnight. It's expecting rain showers to light rain to thunderstorms with the temp dropping to 25.

If it's too wet to go racing the league host can always change the race to the next day. Can't get much more realistic than that. The race postponed due to heavy rainfall. :)

Temp 24 with a light rain shower 2 hours time it's to dry up so keep your eyes peeled. Temp will slowly rise between 24 to 30 at midday.

While this is here, do we have different rain clouds or is it one covers all, since wet is wet?
