Hi,
is that possibile to disable the relegation in the elite only for the current season? In the menu there is no option like this, but maybe it could be done by the team of iGP?

No, you cannot disable relegation on a per tier basis.

Is that possibile to enable the promotion from pro to elite instead? For a little while I've seen the promotion active even if there were few players in Pro, but now it is not active anymore

The only way to enable promotion from Pro to Elite is to have the Pro tier half full.
