it would be a lot better if we are all involved in fighting for one elite group than just be separated in a lot of leagues on their own.
for example, i play gpro.net which has 1 elite group, 4 master groups in which you progress to elite if you have enough points, than pro groups, amateur and rookie and that way whole community is involved in racing and trying to be in elite group.

The whole point of this game is live managing against other humans. Some of us only want to race once a week. Others maybe 3 times a week and no weekends. Still others can only race on weekends.
And times, my ideal time may be 2am for others and visa versa.
It works for gpro because you setup for a race and it runs with no other inputs.
Don't get me wrong, it's a nice idea to put the best of the best against each other to see who truly is the best manager, but it's not very practical
