New Season points low

I changed to a league with 3 races left of the season, now the new season car is shown and I have 58 points in total, surely this can't be right? I am level 14 and my CD and TD is level 12.

Hi Andy, when you change leagues, your design is adjusted in relation to where a league is in their current season, but I can't vouch for how well it works or how it is expected to work — something I should ask Jack about.

Thanks Yunus, last time I changed leagues mid season I'm sure I had over 300 car points, this deffo looks like a bug to me

I left a league two weeks ago. I am think in the future when i will have more time to play, untill then to train my driver and HQ. If i will play again on other league, i will be penalized and lose my upgraded buildings? I don t want to train with money budget, but after entering in one league, to be penalize and lose all money invests in buildings.

So my understanding is that this is what happens when you move league.

Current Season

Your current car is set to 1 across all areas and you get Design Points based on the number of races that league as completed so far multiplied by your design headquarters.

Sample - 10 races into season and lvl 15 design headquarters - 10x15 = 150 design points for you to spend immediately.

Next Season
When you join a new league all previous development for "next season car" is reset. If you join with only a few races left you will have a very poor future car developed for the next season.


The Big Question

If you join a league with only a few races completed you will have a better car next season, but be significantly behind this season as you started with a 1 car and were awarded little or no points when you moved.
If you join a league with only a few races to left, you still have a poor car, but have more design points to spend now, but no time to develope a decent car for next season.

There are no penalties around facilities / HQ when you move.

At the moment the only penalties are on Design Points that you use to develop your car. See above.
