Yesterday I reached my acceleration potential on 100 and today that I checked out my achievements and Innovator was not achieved to me? Why? :p

Did you assign 100 design points to acceleration or only 97-99 points and get a bonus from your suppliers for it?

I assinged full 100 and with my sponsors it would be 100(+3) you know but I didn't got it

Okay, I will try to find a way to test that the achievement is not working and then figure out what's going on.

I see exactly the same. Reached 100 for at least one car area (And I think it were 2 or 3 even) last season and also this season I have one area at 100 already. But innovator is still marked as not achieved.
