Can anyone suggest a league like this? Thank you!

Players: At least 1-2 player(s) at level 17-18
Race Distance: 50%
Speed: 1.5 - 2*
Place in Elite
Races: 18:30 - 20:30 GMT
Cars: 2

We have a league somewhat like what u are looking for. We only have a lvl 13 and 4 lvl 10s we race at 21.00 gmt. We have 6 active elite and a full rookie and full pro . In 4 races we will have 9 elites .

iGP Manager Italia. We have 13 real active players in Elite (pro and rookie are full). but levels go from 10 to 12
