Hi,
I completed a race with changing weather conditions and the only chance of doing well was by managing the conditions live. In doing so I cant recall what I did in terms of resetting pit stops/tyre strategy. Is there any way to be able to see a post race review of your strategy, times, etc. I think this would be useful.

Home page / previous race button / click on the overall race time for your driver. This will give you a full breakdown of lap times, fuel consumption, tyre compound and wear, pit stops, time for stop etc.

As Kevin says, on the home page you can tap or click on the previous race button, then press or click the overall race time for your driver.
You can also review previous races for the current season by examining the league schedule on the league page and select any of the races that have been completed.
For races older than that, on the Team page you can press the green History button and scroll back to any race you have participated in.
