Pit Stops

I am a rookie and probably won't explain this well so sorry in advance.

Set strategy for race, both cars first round of pit stops went well. Put SS on one of the cars wanting him to push hard for 5/6 laps then come on for M tyres to go to the end of the race. Well lap 5 and 6 came and went but I still could not press the 'Pit now' button, this went on for another 8 laps until I could pit driver and ended up 8th where a win would have been possible.

Why was I not able to pit?

And secondly my other driver pitted but 2 laps later his pit icon was flashing, why?

Hi Stephen, I don't have an explanation for this, but I'll see if the developers have already encountered this and whether or not they have a fix for it for our next update.

Did you edit your driver's pit strategies from the Strategy window at the top of the race viewer or the one located in the driver's corner windows?

Only my 4th race so not sure what you mean by drivers corner window?

Set strategy before race and as far as I am aware I did not alter anything.

The 'not being able to Pit' issue us the 2nd time it has happened but I let the 1st one slide believing I had probably done something wrong, but I don't think I am.

Maybe I should clarify, if you're on PC or tablet, both drivers can be separately managed at the exact same time in the bottom left and right corners.

In the app, you just see one driver at a time at the bottom half of the screen.

The third tab on your driver's profile in the race viewer is the quick strategy tab. I wanted to know if you changed anything in there.

I did not mention for which I am sorry is that the issue I had was on a smartphone (s8) using laptop for last race worked perfectly.

I encountered this issue earlier. I wanted to bring my driver in to the pit but the 'pit now' button had disappeared (laptop) so I had to load the game on my Phone and then I was able to call my driver in to the pit as the button was visable on my phone.

The "pit now" button did not show up at all? Do you have a screenshot?
