double charge on the supplied component

checking my finances I noticed that there are double charges in the supply of fuel and tires

From my understanding you are charged once for each car.

for teams with 1 car the same thing happens.

Now, if it's double charge for teams with 2 cars, why is there no double charge for the engine too?

and if you double charge for teams with 2 cars, then you must allow us to choose engine, fuel and tires for each car.
