Level 8 guy with talent 19 driver? HELP

Guys i saw a guy with level 8 with 19 talent driver and i am level 9 but still i cant find any driver at that level please help me!

From what I've seen, those high level Talent drivers come from their academy, not from the transfer market.

Hi... I'm level 6 and I've found a talent 20 on the transfer market. You need some luck ^^

I got my first 20 Talent drivers from the transfers when I was around level 9 or 10 about a year ago. There's a much higher chance of finding them in the transfers at higher levels though.

Young guys I release are levels 4 and 5 with 20 Talent, they normally turn up in the market after a week or two. The longest I have seen took 3 weeks before going on the market.
