Hello Everybody,
I guess, we managers could watch the races of our league even though it was not, our race. For example, I am in the Elite, but I also want to watch a pro or recruit race ... But I can not. Is there any way to watch my league races without being just mine?

If you're on PC, when you watch your Elite tier race, take the URL, and in the URL you will see these numbers. That's the Race ID.
If you subtract the ID by 1, you can paste the URL into a new window and watch the Pro tier race, if you subtract the ID by 2, you can go to the Rookie tier race.
I'll agree though, there needs to be a better way to watch one's own league's races.
