I had a full wet setup yesterday for the race but both my drivers qualified on soft tires. Where they should have qualified on wet tires because my strategy was starting with wets and the race started with rain and had 2.6mm water on the track when it started which went up to far over 3mm.

It seems to me the race began with rain and qualifying took place in the dry, but I'll ask the developers to investigate.
