How do I recover my account?

My other lvl 9 account was connected with facebook. Yesterday I used my relative's mobile to login to my that I'd,(as I was somewhere out and phone battery was dead), after logging in the game I automatically git logged in fb as well in that phone but I couldn't log out my fb id. Now when I try logging in my fb connected account through my phone my this current account opens up! All in all I can't log in that fb id! Now how do I recover my account? Help!!

If you can give me the manager name, team name, and the league your other account is in, we can get the Facebook login to link to that account again.
