I'm finding myself in a position I've never found myself in on iGP and that is at what age do drivers start to retire now on the new iGP?

It can vary. The most common starting age is 37.

Nobody believed me that it could happen sooner than that, however, one of my former drivers has retired at the age of 31. Coincidentally the same age as Nico Rosberg did last year!
