In today's race my race viewer froze about 5 laps into the race. In fact it entirely froze my computer. Had to reboot the machine. 2nd time around it worked OK but my race was shot. Never happened like this before. Also I had tried to switch to my iPad but that wouldn't load at all. But I think you already know about App problems.

Running OS X 10.12.6
Firefox 56.0.2 (64-bit)

That's odd. Which Apple PC is this on? Do you know the specs of the machine, such as CPU, RAM, and if it has a GPU or not?

If your computer froze it sounds more like a hardware/software issue but no harm in seeing what I can dig up.

Macbook Air
Processor: 1:86GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Memory: 4GB 1067 MHz DDR3
Graphics: INVIDIA Ge Force 320M 256 MB

Like I said, never happened before...

Hm. Everything looks fine to me based on the specs. side note, those Apple machines last a lovely long time! Can't justify putting money on one...ha.

I'll chalk this instance up to a cause that can't be readily identified, but if the issue persists, please post back here.

Yep. Machine is still working fine. No real reason to change although the battery is getting a bit tired. Thanks for at least looking at the problem. It had never happened before. It seems I only ever have problems when I'm racing for the win. I reckon it's some kind of conspiracy...:-)

Same thing happened to me except it was an hour ago and I also couldn't reach the live race from my mobile phone either.

What are your PC's specs and is it on Windows or Mac OS X?
Does the problem persist when spectating a race?

Intel i3-3220
AMD Radeon HD7850
8 GB RAM
Windows 7

Please note that I also could not connect to that race with my mobile phone either (using both wifi and data), saying that it couldn't connect to the server. A friend of mine in the same league but different tier also had the same problem at the same race. Right now there seems to be no problem spectating in both my PC and the mobile phone.

Okay. And when you say the same thing happened to you, you mean the PC froze entirely? What browser were you using and is your PC 32-bit or 64-bit?

Yes, the PC froze. My PC is 64-bit and I run the latest version of Firefox, which is also 64-bit.

Had this also earlier tonight, live race froze. I exited and re entered race but it said race had finished. Retried and all was ok apart from the race appeared to have gone back a lap or 2. When it froze I was about to pit, when I restarted, the pit stop had not happened.
