Are you trying to see your own staff on the transfer market? If that is what you are trying to do, it is not always possible as you only see a small fraction of available transfers, especially now that so many are playing the game.
When you click or tap on the driver/staff name from your team, you'll see three tabs, one says Contract. You can click or tap on the Sell button and put them up for sale via Auction or sell them immediately.
