Hello iGP support guys.

My name is Carlos Leandro Da Silva Nunes

I'm from Venezuela and want to play once again IGP manager but this time for serious.

Therefore I'll like to reset my account and start from the beginning. I don't know if this is possible.

Let all drivers and staffs contracts run out and you will have a fresh start, but you get to keep all of your HQ developments & current level.

I'm not too sure but I think contacting support you can request for the current account to be deleted so you can create a new one with the same sign in details. It might take a few days though for that to happen.

That's the thing, I want to keep the same account, not create a new one.
And have a full reset to start all over again.

I have search on the help on how to contact support and it lead me here to the forum.

I'll wait a few day... and if I have no response or solution, well i think i'll have to create a new account on a different email address.

Hi Leandro, resetting accounts is not possible anymore.

We can either delete the account and you can then create a new one, or you can simply create a new account without deleting your current account.

I understand, therefore you have my permission to delete my account.

Hi Leandro, no, I just have to put in the request and then you can create a new account after it's been deleted. I'll try to have it completed as soon as possible.
