League Speed

I spent some time to serche this answer in forum but i cannot find, so this can be usefull for others people too...

How league speed works ?
Watching other live races I noticed that the amount of laps between leagues changes.
Is this related to league speed?
Like 1.0x 50 laps; 1.5x 32 laps; 2.0x 25 laps
If not, what league speed change ?

If the race speed is 1.0x, the pace of the race will move in real-time. If the race speed is 2.0x, the race will move at twice the speed (like watching a video in fast forward).

Race distance can be 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100%. This means a 100% distance, 44 lap race at Belgium is 22 laps for 50% race distance.

So there are 2 different things...when you create the league you can choose league speed and also race distance ? Right ?
