Costs of cars

I don't understand the price of the forniture of motors fuel and tires for the cars. How many pieces I pay every race? 1 for race or one for cars?

Looking at my finances, fuel and tires are per car, and engines appear to be per race.

Today i have cange engine fuel and tires but i pay only one fuel and one tires... now i see after the race what appenes

But when i cange forniture i pay a penalty? I pay in the same day 1 engine 1fuel 1tire at the moment of the change and after the race 1ENGINE 2FUEL 2Tires...

1 car leagues also pay fuel and tyres twice even though they only have one car. That's why we thought it was a bug in the past, but then someone said it was to keep the game fair, 1 car leagues have the same fees and incomes as 2 car leagues.

As for changing suppliers they hit you with a signing fee.

I would like to see a negotiation window at the end of each season.
Keep current suppliers at a slightly lower signing fee or change to other at the normal fee. It's a little like we had before, a bonus for staying committed to the supplier, the signing fee each season will get lower and lower if stay with them.

I pay also if i change between 2 campionships?
