Just putting this up for debate, so don't shoot me ;-)
The HOF is broken and no longer really works in identifying the top active managers. As I wite this there are 8 managers at 10,000 points and six of these have hit 10k and then gone inactive.
I am currently lying 9th, above both of Marcel Smid's accounts (10th & 12th) and much as it pains me to admit it, this is wrong because Marcel is the better and more successful manager.
This is partly due to the 10k point limit, if a strong manager has one bad race he/she drops out of the 10k club but the inactive managers will remain there forever.
Is it time to remove the cap? This would prevent the above situation with the best managers being penalised for one bad race and would also favour active managers... Might even prompt Joey/Kimi/Rachel to make a comeback LOL.
Possibly also reduce or remove altogether the 100 bonus points for finishing top 2 in Elite.
It's just like how in old iGP the top of the HoF was crowded with inactive managers who last played in 2012 or 2013. Players are quickly reaching the top and no longer have an incentive to keep playing.

Time to start official IGP Championship then. (ambitious idea >:D perhaps solve important issues with the game first)
Gary Collyer is still active on some of his many other teams; two of them are leading the European Racing League and The F1 World Championship respectively, 2 among the best 100% distance leagues. Chris also has at least a couple more teams racing in a couple of leagues.
Nah no sign of The Joey, even though a handful of us nuts at International GP are silently wishing he revives and proceeds to most likely (try to) pwn the 50% leagues again.
Gary looks to be doing a Joey for the 100% leagues anyway.
