Account not working

hi... what if my account is registered to facebook, and now somehow my other account here takeover those fConnect for my old account make me unable to login back to my old one
Heres is some of the details from my old team:
manager name: Nemes László
Team name: Team NL
League: NL

please let me know if there's possibitily for me to get those old one back
