Free parts not given after watching adverts

Hello,

After I watched a video for free parts, and clicked close (the little cross at the upper right corner), but NO free parts were added (loading circle appears, but no message pops up, parts number unchanged).
Android, Huawei Y-360-U61, Android 4.4.2.

How many videos have you watched today before you encountered this issue?

None today (and three yesterday, I believe).

I tried again; problem did not occur anymore. What are the exact (daily?) limitations of this parts for ads offer?
I'll keep you posted if it happens again.

Max videos per day is 10.

I can't get parts, sometimes after watching 2-3 videos it shows me the message, videos are currently unavailable, or something like that, I'm using the android app.

What operating system version of Android are you using? You can find this in Settings -> About Device.

Yup it's been happening to me as well.
I can see a couple of videos an then can't even click again.
