Hi
Our game crashed tonight about three quarters of the way through. When I reloaded the app, it still said Live Race was going on. When I clicked to enter the Live Race it wouldn’t load and kept saying the race was finished. That couldn’t have been possible at that time.
Now we seem to be stuck with the red go to Live Race box and the results are not appearing for the Elite division. Both Rookie and Pro have final results and their points standings updated but not Elite.
Very frustrating end to what was going to be a great finish to the race

Hm...I wonder if the race finished and if it's just stuck now. I will try to get Jack to look at this issue as soon as possible!

Thanks Yunus. Game could not have actually finished as quickly as it did. There were around 25 laps to go and it said race was finished within minutes of trying to go back in.
We don’t have a race tomorrow night, next one on Friday.

Hi Paul, We've been having some problems in the last couple of nights with intermittent issues on the servers. We've adjusted the architecture slightly, so it generates slightly different behaviors.
I remember seeing your league in a list of the affected races where I ran the results manually. It should have gone through now, however if you couldn't access it I can only apologise for that. I can't think how it might have finished faster than it was scheduled to do. Are you sure about that?
Our main focus right now is on stability and ironing out issues such as this, so we appreciate your feedback. I understand it can be an inconvenience not only to experience it but also to report it.

Thanks for looking into this. Have had a message in the game today telling me the race has been skipped so presume it never actually finished running in the background. It’s no big deal, it’s just one of those occasions where it was set to be a grandstand finish.... and my bad run was hopefully coming to an end!! :-). Shame we’ll never know.
Regarding the ‘am I sure the race finished before it was scheduled to?’ Yes. 100% sure. Others posted the same on the leagues chat board. Definitely wasn’t just me.
