How many drivers on your payroll? How many staff? Who are your sponsors? What are they paying? Have you recently renewed contracts?

You're losing a lot of money on wages paid to drivers, which is typical, but this is worsened by having a reserve driver who gets paid nearly $800k per race. A pretty expensive price to pay in my book.

Since you're consistently winning races, consider signing Thomas Hillfinger, as they pay more combined cash than WTF1 does after meeting race objectives.

Consider looking for new drivers that cost less. Keep an eye on the Marketplace forum for drivers put up for sale that might fit your needs at a cheaper price. Alternatively, invest in building up the Youth Academy to your manager level and then scout for some drivers to join your team for an incredibly low price and no signing fees.

You can also convert tokens to cash.

As for reputation, since your rivals are much lower in reputation it's hurting yours despite winning. I would consider finding a league that has more active players closer to your reputation.

Loosing money is quite normal in this game at higher levels. To keep the numbers black it means running a really tight budget saving drivers wages by hiring youth drivers and replacing them in time and/or saving expenses for the doctor. But as said you don't have to keep the balance positive since you get another currency from your sponsors in form of tokens that, among other things, can be exchanged for money. Personally I see the 3 token paid each race roughly as one for engines, one for money and one for hiring and other stuff that might come up occasionally.

Reputation is easy, as Yunus wrote for reputation you need at least some competition.
