I installed the app, played a couple of days, bought some tokens and now I wanted to register to play it on the pc.

So on my mobile phone I wrote down my e-mail in the account tab, after that I changed my password. And now I can't log in.

I registered again on my pc, with the same mailadress, so I can post this question.

How can you help me?

Hi there, can you give me the manager name, team name, and league name of your other account?

I can then assist you in recovering access.

edit: Found it! You typed an 'r' accidentally in the e-mail address.

Here's what you need to do next.

On the account you created to write your post above, change the e-mail address on that account to something different.

Then, logout and login to your original account using the same e-mail address and the password you gave to your account, then you should have access again.

If you still cannot get access, use the password recovery link on the login page.

If that still does not work, post back here and I will be glad to help!

Great, but.....

I used the password recovery link on the login page, because I had not written down my temporarily password for my new account. I immediately saw I was back in my old account… After that I saw your answer on the forum. So your suggestion to "change the e-mail address on that account to something different" I did not do.

So now I have access to my old account, but won’t be able to access my new account... So now I changed my e-mail address for the (this) old account.

Can you restore the new account, I am pretty happy with it, on the old e-mail address?
