Can't acces neither app or website

Hi,
I can't access igp from my computer nor the smartphone. I was logged in with my second account and now only get an error in the browser, while the app is stuck on the splash page. Moreover, I can't log out: there is no way to open anything. I don't understand what's up. I've tried to clean cache and cookies, but still nothing happens. Any idea?

tnx, it seems that now it work on my pc, but the smartphone app is still not working

ok now it works (still don't know why but it's fine XD)
