I've been playing for the past few days on the app, now it's not loading the game

Please try closing the app from the phone's task manager and then re-launching it. About 45 minutes ago there were some server issues which hindered certain screens from loading on the website and in the app. It has since been resolved, but it may be necessary to fully close the application and re-open it to clear away the problem.

Cheers for helping but it's still not working. It's shows the loading icon, it goes black for a second, then it shows a screen with a driver and a technician on. I've tried closing then opening the app and I've tried restating my phone

Are you on a strong internet connection? E.g. WiFi. This could be due to either the server or your internet not responding quickly enough.

Just checked now I got 18.7 mbps per second download and 4.33 upload

Is this only happening in the app?
Try loading up Google Chrome (if you're on Android) and clearing the browser cache, then restarting the app again (close it first, then launch it again). I don't have many more ideas at this time for why that might happen, but I do know it could have cached an issue from earlier where the app wouldn't load for some people.
