Hi everyone,

In Transfers, I pick a new staff member, I click on "Buy now", the confirmation popup appears, then nothing happens. The "Buy now" button is disabled, but I don't lose any token or any money, and the new staff member is not bought. I tried waiting, even several minutes, but to no avail.

Is this a bug? I'm using the latest Opera (which is Chromium-based).

Hi Simone, if you switch to a different Wi-Fi connection or use mobile data, it should resolve your problem.

The current internet connection you use when you have this problem may be blocking the ports the transfers system operates with.
