Design poits didn't change

I just got upgraded to the pro tier of my league. The other managers changed their staff before i did but when i changed my CD my car design points didn't change. Now i have a far inferior car with very low points on my CD's strenght and "high" points on his weakness.

What is going on?

New CD's strength and weakness will reflect in next seasons car design. Looks to me like you have yet to use the new CD in a race.

When a new Chief Designer is hired in place of a former one, the car design is not updated immediately. For each a race Chief Designer is active they contribute to the car design for next season. They also assist in the current season by contributing to research (depending on how many stars they have).

Try using 2 CD's in one season using them turn about.
Example
Fuel & Acceleration as strength and same weakness. Start 2 high areas and 1 low area next season.
or
use CD Fuel strength & Acceleration weakness with other CD Acceleration strength & Fuel weakness. Start next season with no strength or weakness.

I don't think most players can afford having more than one Chief Designer lol

Should i hire a new CD a few races before the end of a season then?

I don't like money management myself, save token or buy tokens and get an investment Game should work back to front, high income at the start because we are doing lots of building and low income at the end cause just staff and drivers to pay building is all completed.

Up to you Pedro, Just let contract run out and get different one or rehire the same one

Main thing is always have 5 or 4½ star Designer & Tech, the Doctor is optional.
